Developing Opportunities Using LinkedIn

My friend Nicole, (Founder of Leaders of Transformation) is creating waves of impact in this world by coaching, training, and driving leaders to a whole new level in their business and their following.

So Nicole and I put our head together to help our audiences leverage LinkedIn to find opportunities and strategic partnerships for their business.  We recorded a podcast conversation that has helped a lot of people who are searching for a job or for business opportunities.  I hope this conversation is helpful and encouraging to you.

Here is a brief summary –

Are you having a hard time opening doors through social media, especially LinkedIn? Maybe people don’t wake up every morning excited about downloading a free ebook… How then can you create conversations that lead to meaningful business relationships and strategic partnerships using LinkedIn?

My friend Nicole is the host of the podcast, Leaders of Transformation and she invited me to share with her community and listeners how I use LinkedIn to create relationships with Venture Capitalist and other investor groups, leaders of corporations, donors for my nonprofit friends, and partners for business deals.

Here are some of the key takeaways from our call together…

Key Takeaways

1) Shift your focus from what you can GET to what you can GIVE.

2) If I’m your ideal customer, why should I buy from you vs anybody else…or not at all?

3) 1-20,000 followers in specific tiers have higher conversions than 100,000 followers that you have little or no relationship (trust) with.
